Srinagar, Pahalgam and Sonamarg Tour Itinerary
Day 1
On arrival meet our driver and drive towards Srinagar. On reaching Check-in to House Boat.1 Hour Shikara Boat ride at Dal Lake. Dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 2
After breakfast, get ready for a full day excursion to Pahalgam. In Pahalgam visit Bisaren (Mini Switzerland), Betaab valley, Chandanwari, Aru Valley. By evening back to hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3
After breakfast, get ready and drive towards Sonmarg. In Sonamarg visit Thajiwas Glacier, Baltal Zojila Pass Zero Point. By evening back to Srinagar hotel.
Day 4
After breakfast, get ready for a full day sightseeing tour at Gulmarg. In Gulmarg visit Gulmarg Gondola, Golf course, Maharaja Palace, Children Park , Strawberry Valley, You can also enjoy ATV rides around the Gulmarg circle road by evening back to Srinagar Hotel.
Day 5
After breakfast a full day of sightseeing at Srinagar which covers Shalimar Bagh Mughal Garden, Nishat Bagh, Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, Chashme Shahi, Hari Parbat, Zero Bridge, Dastgeer Sahib, Pari Mahal, Char Chinar, Botanical Garden, Srinagar, Lal Chowk, Srinagar, Polo View Market, Mughal Gardens, Dachigam National Park, Hazratbal Shrine, Nehru Garden, Makhdoom. Evening back to Hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 6
After breakfast check out the hotel and drive towards Jammu Railway Station for your onward journey.

Points to Remember
- Gondola Tickets are mandatory to book online only as offline service is not available. You can book your Gondola tickets by clicking on the link but make sure to book phase 1st (Gulmarg to Kungdoor) first and according to your Gulmarg day visit.
- Only postpaid networks like JIO, Airtel, or BSNL will be functional in J&K. Pre-paid Sims will not work in this region.
- It is mandatory to carry a photo ID card (except a Pan Card), vaccination certificates, travel documents, hotel confirmation vouchers, or any other document that is needed while you are on tour.
- The client is requested to adhere to the program’s timing; if any services are missed due to a delay in departure, the company will not be responsible to arrange the same, and if the client wishes to do so, he or she must arrange it on a direct payment basis.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will be at disposal.
- One Shikara has a capacity of 04 adult persons, and for a 04-person booking, we provide only one Shikara boat complimentary for an hour, and if the client insists on another boat, he has to pay extra for that ride.
- Kashmir Experience Holidays reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time due to a number of factors, including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic conditions, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re routing of flights. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- During winters, due to climatic conditions, Sonmarg is accessible only up to Gagangeer.
- In case of snow your private vehicle will be limited to Tangmarg, so the client may need to book a chained vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg.
- Make sure to pack warm woolen clothes like thermals, jackets, etc. for winter and less warm clothes for summer (depends upon travel month/time).
- If you are planning to travel on the Jammu National Highway, make sure to check road updates, as during winter the condition of the highway is poor and there are high chances of landslides, due to which vehicle movement gets halted.
- If any additional cost asked by the driver during the tour please coordinate us before giving any change. Also if you are giving any tip to the driver or at hotel you are giving it by your willingness. We are not involved in that in any way.
- If there is anything that is bothering you while traveling, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may try to fix it. After the trip, we won’t accept any claims, and anyone who does something to create a nuisance will be subject to legal action.
- Hotels have only been reserved after you have approved them. If the client wishes to change hotels, Hotel and Reschedule Charges will apply, and availability will be determined.
- To avoid confusion or service issues, make sure to provide your sales representative or operational team with accurate information about flight timing, or any service booked by outside the agency.
- Reach the airport prior to 3 hours of your departure due to security reasons/checking.
- For meal plans, the menu will be on a fixed plan/ buffet basis and not on an A-la-Carte basis. MAP and AP Meal plans do not include Evening snacks and cold drinks / liquor, Soups or Deserts. For orders on A-la-Carte basis, guests are requested to make direct payments for additional items.
Idea about Additional Cost
- Gondola ticket cost for phase 1st Rs 740/- and for phase 2nd Rs 950/- per person (Rates available on website)
- Skiing per person cost will be approx. Rs 500/- to Rs 1000/- per person with equipment’s
- Skiing per person cost will be approx. Rs 1500/- to Rs 2500/- per person with Master.
- Horse riding will be approx. Rs. 1000/- To Rs. 2500/- Maximum per Horse (Pahalgam & Sonmarg) Depends upon Bargaining and points covered.
- Local Union Taxi for Thajiwas Glacier Sightseeing in Sonmarg will be approx. @ Rs. 2,000/- To 2500/-Capacity 7 Pax.
- Local sightseeing in Pahalgam (Aru, Chandanwari& Betaab valley). Is Rs. 2700/- Full Taxi Capacity 7 Pax (Pahalgam Union Cab rates are fixed depending upon vehicle type and places you want to visit).
- Local Union Taxi for Zero Point Sightseeing in Sonmarg will be approx. Rs. 4,000/- To 5,000/Maximum Capacity 7 Pax.

- While in Mountains burn or bury all non-degradable litters-don’t expect others to clean up after you.
- Keep stream water clean and avoid using pollutants such as detergents in streams and springs- if no toilet facilities are available- make sure you are at least 30 Meters away from water source and Bury or cover waste.
- Giving to Children encourages begin- a donation to project like Health Centre or School is a more constructive way to help.

- Travel Mate reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
- Transportation provided will be as per itinerary only and not at disposal.
- All above rates are subject to change without prior notice as per the availability & and final date of travel.
- Any meals and services are not included unless mentioned in Inclusions.
- Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the concerned hotel, car or flight cancellation policy.
- Day-wise Itinerary plans and sightseeing can be changed internally, or canceled if any unavoidable circumstances occur in a particular place.
- In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar or upgraded category hotel.
- Policy Regarding Cancellation:
- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive an email or a letter in writing.
- Cancellation charges applicable would be as follows:
- 60 Days & and prior to arrival – 10% of the final total tour/service cost.
- 59 Days to 30 Days prior to arrival – 20% of the Final total tour/service cost.
- 29 Days to 15 Days prior to arrival – 50% of the Final total tour/service cost. Within 15 Days full retention.
